How bbinstant came to be
Over a decade ago, bigbasket broke into the nascent online grocery scene in India and eventually ended up becoming the largest online food and grocery store in the country. Today, it operates in more than 300 cities and towns, and offers over 100,000 products.
bigbasket was already a household name, but we wanted to do more. We asked ourselves how we could offer a safe, hygienic, and contactless way for customers to shop for groceries 24/7.
And thus, bbinstant was born. With thousands of vending machines already installed across major cities, and more on the way, we are building a new way to grab what you need.
Who it’s for
