Over a decade ago, bigbasket broke into the nascent online grocery scene in India and eventually ended up becoming the largest online food and grocery store in the country.
bigbasket was already a household name and a top choice for Indian consumers, but we wanted to do more. We asked ourselves: how can we offer a safe, hygienic, and contactless way for customers to shop for groceries 24/7? And thus, bbinstant was born! With thousands of vending machines already installed across major cities (and more to come), we’re ready to usher in a new age of grocery shopping!
Today, it operates in more than 300 cities and towns, and offers over 100,000 products.
