Over a decade ago, bigbasket broke into the nascent online grocery scene in India and eventually ended up becoming the largest online food and grocery story in the country.
Today, it operates in more than 300 cities and towns, and offers over 100,000 products.
bigbasket was already a household name and a top choice for Indian consumers, but we wanted to do more. We asked ourselves – how could we offer a safe, hygienic, and contactless way for customers to shop for groceries 24/7?
And thus, bbinstant was born! With thousands of vending machines already installed across major cities (and more to come), we’re ready to usher in a new age of grocery shopping!

And best is the integration with Simpl as it makes the transaction so seamless. Finally, even if there is a misallotment, one time, customer care gets it resolved immediately.

So convenient We have one of these in our building and it is so convenient to grab essentials when we run out for a snack. Also ensures I have fresh bread whenever I need it. Another nice feature is that you can check your machine from home or other nearby machines if yours is sold out.
